I'm Phouthhalak
I've been working with vary industries. As a Senior Project Manager in Localization company doing translating docs, games, programs, eLearning courses and cover around 60 languages over the world. Also a Communication and Government relations staff at Hydro Power Company, I was focusing on working with Government counterparts for documents, agreements and promote local communities, being a focal between Company and Government to serve the better thing to local communities and support filed office for admin stuff.

We built Microfinance system
We built the credit risk model pilot IT feasibility concept (Java, XLS, Postgres DB) for LCIC; Created technical documentation for reference and reporting. Responsible for Month End processing and customer relation for Saving and Credit Union Savannakhet.
